"Welcome to the wine section. This is my first wine list for the guys at The Match Bar Group in London - short and sweet but with an interesting mix of styles and varieties from the new world and the old. If you're adventurous enough to try something other than your 'usual', then don't be shy of the Albarino or afraid to 'upgrade' your Chianti. I'll be adding things over the coming months from the vineyards and wineries I visit along the way. I spend a lot of my time prospecting for better wines and more interesting stuff and hopefully some of it will be with you soon."
